WhatsApp has now started Carts. Add to cart button in the latest update. If you have used any e-commerce service, then you must have used the Cart or Add to cart feature.
Catalog of products is available in WhatsApp Business Account and it can be added to the cart through the new feature. By doing this, during the shopping, users of different merchants will be able to continue shopping, keeping them in the cart.
Under the cart feature of WhatsApp, if you put some items in the cart, then you can remove it at any time. This feature is for WhatsApp Business Account, but if the normal user visits the merchant account for some shopping then these options will be available.
It is worth noting that the company is continuously expanding its WhatsApp business. The company wants more and more small businesses to come on WhatsApp so that the use of the app increases and benefits more.
